Weekly pay
$500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates

Shifts:
Night shiftavailable
12-hourshifts (7pm-7am)
Working 3-4 days/week (One week: Sun, Wed, ThursNext week:Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat). This is a 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off rotation)

Job Summary
Responsible for performing hourly control tests, inspections of random samples of finishedproducts, pre-operationalinspectionsand swabbing to ensure cleanliness of lines.
Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to checkall ofthe following
Oven exit & finishing moisture
Salt contents, color, P.H.
Count per pound
Breakage and length
Bag, label, casecountand bag weight checks
Metal detection checks asrequired
Collection of samples for Micro Testing
Completion of COA paperwork
Pre-operational inspections of line
Swabbing using ATP,AllerSnap, andAllerFlowswabs
Sanitation of lab and equipment
Enter test results into computer asrequired
Adhering to all GMP's, both personal and operational
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 months related experience
Basic Data Entry
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure
HACCP Qualified
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Stand, walk, climb, and reach with both hands and arms,bendand twist.
Agility of both hands and all fingers to push, pull, grasp, touch and feel.
Visual acuity and hand/eye coordination.
Talk/communicate and hear.
