Location: Escondido, CA
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Technician role
Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Experience with HACCP, GMPs, and quality compliance practices preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
Job Duties
Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
Maintain compliance with HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Monitor product quality and place products on hold when necessary
Complete quality reports accurately and on time
Conduct inventory-related quality tracking and documentation
Enforce quality and food safety standards on the production floor
Investigate quality concerns and communicate findings effectively
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with production teams to ensure product specifications are met
Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Assurance Technician.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
