Quality Auditor PositionCorvac Composites LLC in Morgantown, KY is seeking to fill the position of Quality Auditor. The purpose of this position is to assist the Quality Lead in ensuring products meet customer specifications, and monitor conformance to the Quality System. This is an hourly position with hours being Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm, with OT and Saturday work as needed.The ideal candidate should possess the following:Good reading, writing, and math skillsAttention to detailAble to follow directions and work without direct supervisionGood communication skillsAbility to utilize measuring equipment (caliper, micrometer, etc…)Ability to stand, twist, lift and bend for 8 hoursAbility to lift up to 50lbs1 year automotive quality experience1 year ISO/TS experience1 year PPAP & SQAM experienceJob duties include, but are not limited to:Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality SystemAdhere to all Corvac policies and procedures concerning safety and personal conductMonitor the production floor processesInspect the product produced during the shiftOversee and assist in inspection/sorts as neededMonitor Corrective/Preventive Actions that have been implementedReport status daily to QualityReports all nonconforming or questionable conditions to Team LeadersUpdate scrap and downtime reports dailyProcess Audit dailyTag any nonconforming product for disposition by ManagementAssist in the calibration of gagesAssist in PPAP and SQAM activitiesSolve problems as necessary and provide leadershipAny additional quality activity deemed necessary by ManagementCorvac offers a wide variety of benefits including paid time off and holiday, medical, dental and life insurance, 401K with company match and much more.
