Job description
Quality Auditor1-2 years of quality, safety, production, or warehouse experience following SOPs in a fast-paced environment.Perform quality audits and inspections, document findings, and ensure compliance with company standards.Ability to read blueprints, use basic math skills, and operate inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and torque wrenches.Must be able to work night shifts, stand for 10+ hours, lift 30+ lbs repeatedly, and have a valid driver's license with car insurance.Why Work Here?Night shift Quality Auditor role with day-shift training for 1-2 weeks; shift differential pay and no rotating shifts.Climate-controlled manufacturing environment requiring standing 8-10+ hours, lifting 30+ lbs, and working independently or in a team.Family-oriented culture with supportive management, career growth opportunities, recently increased pay rates, and performance-based raises.Night schedule of 6:30 PM-3:15 AM (or up to 5:15 AM with mandatory overtime), plus additional employee perks such as on-site food trucks.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.28 - $16.28/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
