Quality Auditor Team Lead - Food Production – (Bilingual English/Spanish)The Quality Auditor Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance activities during their assigned shift within a frozen food manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with food safety regulations, internal quality standards, and customer specifications. The Shift Lead provides guidance to Quality Auditors, verifies documentation accuracy, and ensures all products meet safety and regulatory requirements before release.Position Responsibilities:Lead and support Quality Auditors during assigned shift and serve as the primary quality contact on the production floorConduct and oversee finished goods inspections, net weight checks, scrap reporting, ATP testing, and sample preparationMonitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs), including cooking temperatures, pH levels, and cooling processesVerify proper operation of metal detectors and perform operational sanitation inspectionsEnsure compliance with company policies, food safety programs, and regulatory standardsCommunicate quality concerns and corrective actions to production and management teamsAssist in training new auditors on procedures and compliance requirementsPosition Requirements:Prior leadership or supervisory experiencePrevious experience in food manufacturing quality assuranceAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.Ability to work in cold/freezer environments for extended periods.Standing, walking, and bending as part of daily duties.Ability to speak and translate in both English and Spanish preferredCrown Staffing provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
