Job description
Custom Hospice in Troy, MI is seeking a Director of Quality/Compliance Officer for Home Health & Hospice. This hybrid role reports to the CEO/Administrator and leads QA, QAPI, and education initiatives while ensuring Medicare/home health regulations compliance.
The ideal candidate holds active RN licensure with OASIS/HCS-O certification, and 5+ years in home health/hospice roles including 2+ years in QA/compliance leadership. PDGM expertise and strong policy development skills are essential.
