Ensures the conformance to company and regulatory standards. Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyzes using statistical techniques. Interfaces as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met. Supports the development of disposition and corrective actions for recurring product/process discrepancies for both make and buy items. Reviews completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records to determine data accuracy, acceptability and completeness. Manages the quality records control process to assure adequate accountability and traceability. Develops and maintains governing procedures related to records control. Supports product acceptance and delivery per established process. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.Basic QualificationsSupervisory Experience: 1 to 2+ years of prior leadership or team-lead experience overseeing inspectorsData Analysis: Ability to read engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and use software like Microsoft Excel or statistical process control (SPC)Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldExperience: 2 to 5 years of manufacturing and / or inspection experienceMust be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Clearance.Desired SkillsIn-depth knowledge of Fleet Ballistic Missile practices and processes.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Experience with SAP Quality functions, including QNotes.Experience interacting with DCMA, NOTU and US Government customers.Experience with Quality inspections processes and understanding drawings, technical specs & GD&T.Basic understanding of Ground Equipment, both electrical & mechanical.STEM bachelor degreeActive Top Secret ClearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
