Silgan Containers is hiring a Quality Manager at our Fort Dodge, IA plant. This position plays a critical leadership role in facilitating the plant’s quality assurance policies and procedures, maintaining customer relationships, and directing plant continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do as the Quality Manager
Direct plant activities to ensure administrative quality procedures.
Quality Control Software training, maintenance, and record control.
Lead the plants continuous improvement program and quality control software.
Maintain quality records, forms, and equipment.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
High School Diploma or GED.
~5 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.
~ Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Continuous Improvement, and quality systems management.
~ Proficiency with Windows, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
~ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customers.
