Quality Control InspectorUSA Pan Company, a leader in manufacturing commercial & retail bake ware, is currently accepting applications for a full-time Quality Control Inspector role in our Crescent, PA Facility. Premier Pan Company has an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, long and short-term disability, life insurance and a 401-k plan that includes a company match.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Develop knowledge and familiarity with our productsMonitor operations to ensure that they meet company standardsRecommend adjustments to the production processRemove all products and materials that fail to meet specificationsDiscuss inspection results with those responsible for productsReport inspection and distribution dataKnowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements:Excellent attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to continuously find improvementsAbility to affect change through leadershipExcellent written and verbal skillsExcellent organizational skillTraining SkillsStrong interpersonal, communication, coaching and conflict resolution skillsGood computer skills including basic understanding of excel & 9-keyAble to work weekends during peak seasonWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate both verbally and in writingThe employee required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Pay: $20.00 - $30.00
