Job description

Quality Control InspectorAs a Quality Control Inspector, you will ensure that every Pebble RV meets our high standards for craftsmanship, performance, and safety. You'll perform visual and functional inspections across critical production steps, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include:Perform incoming, in-process, and end-of-line quality inspections while helping to develop and refine checklists, visual standards, and acceptance criteriaIdentify and document nonconformitiesExecute containment and re-inspection activities as neededCreate and communicate quality alerts to address recurring issuesPerform quality gate inspections and provide feedback to production and engineering teams to resolve root causesEnsure adherence to standard operating procedures and critical-to-quality stepsMaintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with company policiesActively participate in process improvements and corrective action implementationHelp ensure production targets are met without compromising qualityWhat you bring:3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality controlStrong attention to detail and visual inspection skillsBasic knowledge of inspection tools (e.g., calipers, thread gauges, paint meters)Ability to read and follow work instructionsProficiency with Jira and Google workspace toolsStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environmentBonus if you have:Experience in RV, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturingFamiliarity with MES/ERP systemsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing or quality systems (e.g., 5S, 5W)Ability to interpret part drawings, wiring schematics, or test proceduresProficiency in CAD software for part and system visualizationExperience with wiring harnesses as well as low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) connectorsExperience assembling mechanical or electrical systemsPhysical requirements include:Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 35 lbsComfortable working in a hands-on, shop-floor environment$28—$36 USD
