Quality Control InspectorWe are seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, in-process, first article, and final inspections.Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of components and assemblies.Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements.Document inspection results and maintain quality records and reports.Identify and document non-conforming materials and products.Verify calibration status and proper use of inspection equipment.Support internal and external audits by providing inspection documentation.Assist with quality and calibration process improvement initiatives.Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required3+ years of Quality Control inspection experienceMedical device manufacturing experience preferredStrong understanding of GD&T and blueprint readingExperience using precision measuring equipmentExperience with ERP and document control systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelAbility to lift up to 20 pounds.BenefitsCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunities
