Job description
Quality Control Inspector IIManor, TXWe are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector II / Intermediate level to inspect custom wood packaging in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.What You'll DoPerform dimensional and visual inspections of wood pallets, crates, skids, and custom wood packaging.Measure finished products using tape measures, calipers, and other inspection tools to verify dimensions and specifications.Compare finished products against engineering drawings, work orders, customer specifications, and documented requirements.Identify defects such as incorrect dimensions, damaged wood, improper assembly, missing components, poor workmanship, or incorrect labeling.Accept or reject finished products based on inspection results.Verify proper stenciling, labeling, markings, and customer-specific requirements.Applicants must have relevant hands-on experience in at least one of the following:Quality Control or Quality AssuranceManufacturing inspectionProduction inspectionWarehouse quality inspectionIndustrial or construction material inspectionA manufacturing environment where measurement tools, specifications, or drawings were usedPay: $19-$22 per hourRequirements: Must be able to pass a background check.
