Quality Control InspectorDo you have experience with quality inspection in a manufacturing environment and know your way around calipers, micrometers, blueprints, and GD&T? If you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy making sure products meet exact specifications, this Quality Control Inspector opportunity could be a great fit.We're hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a semiconductor manufacturing company in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix. You'll inspect parts, components, and assemblies, use precision measurement equipment, and help ensure products meet established quality and safety standards.Quality Control Inspector ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical inspections on raw materials, components, manufactured parts, and assembliesComplete incoming, first piece/first article, in-process, and final inspections according to specificationsUse precision measurement and test equipment, including micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and CMMsRead engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, travelers, and other documentation to verify product requirementsDocument inspection results, identify nonconformances, and communicate quality issues with appropriate teamsQuality Control Inspector Qualifications1–2 years of quality inspection experience in a machine shop, cleanroom, assembly, semiconductor, or similar manufacturing environmentAbility to proficiently read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, BOMs, weld symbols, and production instructionsKnowledge of GD&T, mechanical measurement techniques, precision sheet metal, and workmanship standardsExperience using micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, CMMs, and other measuring and test equipmentBasic math and computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and database software, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsLocation: Phoenix, AZ – Ahwatukee Area Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Job Type: Temp-to-HireQuality Control Inspector Physical & Work Environment RequirementsThis position is performed primarily in a manufacturing environment and you may have to be working in and out of a cleanroom which may require the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.Verstela BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD&DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan401(K) Retirement Savings PlanReady to put your quality inspection experience to work?
