Job TitlePerforms daily inspections of integrated telecommunication shelters, modular buildings, energy storage containers and solar power conversion skids to ensure compliance to drawings and specifications.Job SummaryModule X Solutions is a rapidly growing modular manufacturing business that serves marquee corporate and government customers in renewable energy, network infrastructure, battery storage, telecommunications, petrochemical, utility, transportation, and other verticals. We are a proud Shreveport-based company working to support our employees and our community.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform 'in-process' and 'final' inspections of components in shelters, solar power conversion skids, and energy storage containers, shelter production & fabrication as required by QC checklistsConduct basic electrical testing of all systemsInterpret production drawings and shop detailsEnsure internal QC checklists are properly completed; verify punch list completion, & coordinate corrections with production team membersClearly document product deficiencies; and follow up with QC management & production supervisors to ensure deficiencies are corrected before product is ready for shipmentPerform general inspections of shelters, skids, and containers as requested by QC ManagerPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsWork Experience: 1+ years of construction or inspection experienceEducation: Technical Certification or Trade School Completion / High School Diploma or GED equivalentProficient understanding of building code standardsStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skillsGeneral understanding of electrical systems & components; working knowledge of NEC Electrical codesProficient with hand and power toolsAbility to read a tape measureAttention to detailGeneral mathematical skillsGeneral knowledge construction techniques and standardsAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks; keep up in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate technical information to team members and/or customersGeneral knowledge of computer / tablet applicationsWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. When participating in activities on the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment is typical for a fabrication shop and ear plugs may be used as necessary.CompensationCompensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourModule X Solutions, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
