The ideal individual should be quality-oriented and attention to detail, self-motivated, reliable, and able to multi-task, to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet quality product expectations. This is a full-time position based in Medley, Florida at our Landing Gear MRO. Important Notice: Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.Responsibilities:Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and non-destructive inspections (NDI/NDT) of landing gear components and assembliesInspect incoming, in-process, and final products to ensure compliance with OEM manuals, work instructions, and regulatory standardsVerify documentation including repair orders, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and traceability paperworkAccurately record inspection findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions takenConduct audits and quality checks throughout the repair processCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processesMaintain calibration status of measuring tools and test equipmentSupport internal and external audits, including FAA and customer inspectionsAdhere to safety protocols, quality procedures, and company policiesQualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalent required1-2 years Quality Control Inspector experienceStrong understanding of FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 145), EASA requirements, and OEM maintenance manualsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skillsMust be able to communicate effectively (oral and written)Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsPossess strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skillsPreferred Qualifications:Familiar with Quantum Software.Previous experience with landing gear systems.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
