Coordinate with project management, engineering, production, and field teams to resolve quality issues, support continuous improvement, and minimize rework or delays.
Establish and maintain quality documentation: inspection reports, test records, calibration logs, QC plans, and daily/weekly/monthly quality summaries for stakeholders.
Lead root cause investigations for non-conforming items, implement corrective and preventive actions, and track effectiveness of corrective measures.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing equipment; oversee lab operations and safety practices.
Support procurement and incoming material inspection activities, verifying supplier certifications and ensuring materials meet specified standards.
Prepare for and support external audits and certifications related to PCI, ACI, ASTM, or other industry programs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Materials Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 58 years of progressive experience in quality control within precast concrete, construction, or heavy civil industries; prior supervisory or management experience required.

Strong knowledge of PCI compliance requirements and practical experience implementing PCI programs; familiarity with PCI MNL 116 and PCI MNL 117 preferred.
Experience with industry standards and testing methods such as ACI and ASTM.
Proven experience managing audits, non-conformance processes, and corrective action plans.
Competence with quality documentation systems, inspection reporting, and calibration management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
