We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll conduct detailed inspections using NDE methods such as leak testing and liquid penetrant testing, interpreting results and applying acceptance criteria from drawings and work orders. You will perform welding inspections to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, evaluate weld quality, monitor welding and brazing processes, and confirm welder qualifications. You'll also ensure that all NDE and welding systems, processes, and documentation align with industry and internal requirements while helping drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will review engineering drawings, specifications, and codes to validate product conformity and maintain accurate records for fabrication, inspection, and final reporting. This role includes managing nonconformance documentation, supporting internal process audits, and collaborating with engineers and managers to communicate inspection results. You'll also provide training on inspection techniques, maintain an organized and safe work area, and support other quality-related activities as needed.Education and LicensureHS DiplomaSkills, Experience and QualificationsRequired Skills, Experience, and QualificationsDue to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance if required.Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship.Successful candidates will be able to perform the essential functions of the job with reasonable accommodation.
