If you are ready to make an impact at an industry leader, come join Team MEC!The Entry-Level QC Inspector supports the Quality team by performing basic inspections and simple quality-related tasks on aerial work platforms. This role focuses on visual checks, applying decals and labels, and ensuring completed units meet basic quality and appearance standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesApply decals, labels, and safety stickers to equipment according to instructionsPerform visual inspections to check for missing parts, damage, or obvious defectsVerify decals, labels, and markings are correct, complete, and properly placedCheck completed units for basic quality and appearance standardsReport quality issues or missing items to the Quality or Production teamComplete simple inspection checklists or paperworkAssist with rework or touch-ups as neededFollow safety rules, work instructions, and quality proceduresKeep work area clean, organized, and safePerform other basic quality-related tasks as assignedQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentNo prior quality experience requiredAbility to follow instructions and checklistsStrong attention to detailBasic reading and writing skillsReliable attendance and punctualityPreferredManufacturing or warehouse experienceFamiliarity with hand tools or shop environmentsSkills and CompetenciesGood eye for detailAbility to stay focused on repetitive tasksWillingness to learn and take feedbackWorks well independently and with a teamPositive attitudePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work around large equipmentUse of required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots)Work EnvironmentManufacturing and assembly floorExposure to noise, equipment, and production activity$18-24/hr
