As part of the global Würth Group and an official NASCAR sponsor, we thrive on precision, speed, and performance.Location: Würth USA 93 Grant Street Ramsey, NJ 07446Work Arrangement: Onsite Position (Non-Remote / Non-Hybrid)Compensation: ~$55,000 annually, based on experiencePosition SummaryThe Quality Control Supervisor partners closely with the Distribution Center Manager to ensure operational accuracy, inventory integrity, and compliance with established warehouse quality standards.This role is responsible for overseeing quality control processes across warehouse operations, monitoring order accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and coaching team members on best practices to maintain exceptional performance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Distribution Center Manager and provide leadership coverage as neededHelp foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality, accuracy, and warehouse excellenceMonitor and enforce quality control standards across all warehouse functionsOversee process accuracy across:PickingPackingShippingReplenishmentReturnsAssortment operationsEnsure shipping accuracy of all outbound ordersMaintain QC accuracy at or above 99.90%Identify and eliminate short ships, mis-picks, incorrect shipments, and address errorsDrive a strong quality-first mindset with heavy focus on accuracy and attention to detailAssist with reviewing and submitting employee timecardsSupport timely shipment fulfillment and invoicing processesAssist with resource planning, including temporary staffing deploymentPromote continuity of warehouse operations and workflow efficiencyMaintain inventory integrity by investigating discrepancies and tracking adjustmentsEnsure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and standardsLead receiving and pre-pack operations, including daily postingsInvestigate order errors, inventory discrepancies, and process breakdowns to identify root causesMaintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to support efficient and accurate operationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentLift truck safety certificationBilingual in English and SpanishProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExperience with warehouse operations and inventory control processesProficiency in computer systems and warehouse management systemsKnowledge of health and safety regulations and standardsAbility to adapt to evolving processes and operational demandsAbility to train employees to perform designated functionsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Experience with SAP is a plusWhat Würth USA OffersCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits package, including:401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life insurancePaid time offEmployee discount programReferral programTuition reimbursementCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesA supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work environmentThe opportunity to contribute to operational excellence within a fast-paced distribution environmentWürth USA is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
