Job description
Smith Ready Mix, Inc. is hiring a Quality Control Manager for the Eastern Division in Bristol, IN. The role leads QC programs, oversees QC staff, and collaborates with production and project teams to ensure concrete quality meets specifications.
The ideal candidate has civil/materials background, 2–5 years in QC or supervisory roles, and proficiency with QC software and testing methods. Travel between plants may be required.
