Manage incoming phone calls efficiently, following office procedures to address inquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, mail, and document-related tasks with accuracy.
Support patient processes by managing confirmation calls, referrals, registrations, discharges, and release of information forms.
Maintain patient records in compliance with policies, including scanning, indexing, and coordinating record requests with external agencies.
Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily deposits.

high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred qualification—we’d love to see at least two years of experience as a secretary or receptionist, paired with coursework in modern office practices.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable with general office tools such as computers, software applications, printers, scanners, and phones.
Interpersonal Skills:
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, particularly when working with individuals experiencing serious mental illness, significant functional impairments, or those at risk due to mental health challenges.
