Customer Service Representatives
to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our customers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need. to Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, following up on issues, and writing correspondence. This is a remote work from home position. Answer incoming phone calls Follow up on Customer inquiries Provide excellent customer service to customers. High school diploma/GED required. Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar position. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects This is a remote position.
