Job description
TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a Customer Service Assistant to support clients and internal teams in a fast-paced strategic communications and public affairs environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, track and route requests, and help maintain organized records and project documentation. Working closely with senior staff, you’ll coordinate schedules, support meetings and events, and assist with basic communications, call notes, and reports. This role offers hands-on exposure to public affairs campaigns and a collaborative, mentorship-driven culture.
