Job description
Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic Quality Director to lead our quality assurance and quality control program across construction services in the United States. This role directs strategy, policy, and operations to eliminate defects and reduce costs, driving continuous improvement and alignment with codes and customer specs.
As a key member of our team, you will build and mentor a high-performing QA/QC organization, partnering with project teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes
