Job description
Select Specialty Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Director of Quality Management to lead quality and safety initiatives for our LTACH. You will drive survey readiness, RCA processes, and QAPI activities, partnering with the CEO, CNO, and HR to elevate patient and staff outcomes.
The role emphasizes adherence to accrediting standards, staff education, and a data-driven culture to sustain high-quality inpatient post-ICU care. A strong nursing leadership background is required.
