Job description
Noovo is seeking a Quality Director for our Nevada manufacturing facility to lead the quality strategy and QMS across design, manufacture, and service of premium camper vans. The role focuses on building a prevention-based quality culture, reducing defects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Compliance, ERP Operations, and Service to drive First Pass Yield, supplier quality, and continuous improvement while being highly visible
