Job description
Nidec Corporation is seeking a Director of Quality to oversee product quality and reliability. This role demands effective management of projects to meet quality metrics and ensure product safety. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years in quality management and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
The Director will also champion Six Sigma processes and lead cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% for supplier and customer engagements.
