This position is primarily Aerospace / Defense Quality Engineering, with a semiconductor technology background.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering, audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer, internal, product, and process audits.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Identify root causes of product defects and customer complaints.
Review customer specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Communicate with customers regarding quality requirements and concerns.
Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
4–10 years of quality engineering experience.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
Experience with quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. xhqgsiq
Ability to work independently and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams.
