Job description
Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Quality Engineer to support our vertically integrated manufacturing operations producing corrugated packaging, folding cartons, and paperboard solutions. In this on-site role, you will own quality systems on the plant floor, driving defect reduction, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include developing inspection plans, applying SPC and data analysis, leading root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions. You will collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and design teams while championing a people-first, safety-focused, and environmentally responsible culture with strong long-term career growth potential.
