Job description
Prolec-GE Waukesha, Inc. seeks a Quality Engineer Specialist to act as the technical authority for quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will lead complex investigations, drive RCA, and define standards to prevent escapes, with emphasis on rigorous data analysis and ISO 9001 compliance.
You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to harden quality systems, improve processes, and deliver measurable reductions in defects and cost of quality across programs.
