Job description
The Judge Group is seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance & Engineering Manager to lead enterprise quality strategy, testing practices, automation frameworks and governance across the SDLC. This role will build and mentor a high-performing QA and Quality Engineering team while driving quality across projects in Madison.
You will define KPIs, establish testing standards, oversee functional and non-functional testing, and align with DevOps to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
