Job description
Microchip Technology Inc is seeking a senior quality engineering leader to oversee site quality systems, drive CAPA, and lead MTBF/FIT calculations across Beverly, Boulder, and San Jose.
This role requires 10+ years in quality engineering in manufacturing, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and a four-year engineering degree; US person for ITAR; Lean and Six Sigma experience; cross-functional collaboration is essential.
