Job description
Global Steering Systems Holdin is seeking an Engineering-level Quality Supervisor with supervisory responsibility for the hourly Quality team at the Watertown, CT plant.
The role requires hands-on problem solving, leadership, and ownership of internal quality processes including 8D problem-solving, MSA, MRB, containment, scrap reduction, safe-launch actions, and SPC reaction. You will work with Quality Engineers and support customer and supplier quality efforts.
