Job description
CHEP Bolingbrook is seeking a Quality Compliance Lead to oversee quality control and food safety initiatives, aligning with corporate guidelines. You will lead audits, testing, and SOP validation while partnering with CCPS Compliance Team and site management to drive a culture of excellence.
You will train staff, monitor metrics, manage documentation, and lead continuous improvement projects across the plant, with a focus on consistent quality and safety performance.
