Job description
Quality InspectorWe're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with hands-on experience in the stamping industry to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about quality assurance and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Conduct dimensional layouts and inspections of stamped componentsManage and support Production Part Approval Process documentation and submissionsAssist with inventory control and stock auditsParticipate in training initiatives for new hires and team membersCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issuesMaintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with customer specificationsQualifications:Prior experience in metal stamping or related manufacturing processesStrong understanding of Production Part Approval Process, dimensional verification, and quality core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA)Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 standards is a plusAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsExcellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable working independently and as part of a team
