Join a growing aerospace manufacturer in Lynnwood as a Quality Inspection Supervisor and lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality products.This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.Quality Inspection Supervisor Job Responsibilities:Lead, train, and support a team of Quality InspectorsSchedule daily inspection work to keep production on trackMonitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvementReview First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)Manage nonconforming materials and quality documentationApprove purchase orders and support new product launchesConduct internal quality and safety auditsHire, coach, and develop employeesWork closely with production, engineering, and other teams to solve quality issuesSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pmPay: $101,817-$138,945 annual salaryQuality Inspection Supervisor Job Requirements:2+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment1+ year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experienceAbility to read engineering drawings and interpret specificationsKnowledge of quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing best practicesStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related fieldExperience with AS9100, AS9102, FAIRs, CMMs, Keyence systems, or similar inspection equipment is preferredBenefits provided by the employer upon hire:Medical, dental, visionLife and disability insurance15 days of paid time off12 paid holidays per year401k plan with company matchEducation Reimbursement: eligible after 6 months of employment
