Champion Personnel is hiring 6 Quality Inspectors to join the team! This is a great opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in building a career with a growing manufacturing company.
OPEN POSITIONS:
?? 1st Shift – 3 Openings
• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• $20.00/hour
?? 2nd Shift – 3 Openings
• Monday–Thursday
• 2:00 PM–12:30 AM
• $21.00/hour
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
What You'll Do:
As a Quality Inspector, you'll help ensure products and components meet quality standards before moving through the production process.
• Inspect manufactured parts, assemblies, and finished products
• Check products for defects, damage, or workmanship issues
• Verify parts meet specifications and quality requirements
• Use basic measuring and inspection tools as needed
• Document inspection results and report quality concerns
• Work closely with production employees and supervisors to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company quality and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
? Strong attention to detail
? Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies
? Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
? Ability to read and follow work instructions
? Basic math and measurement skills
? Reliable attendance and transportation
? Previous manufacturing, inspection, assembly, or quality experience is a plus
