NOW HIRING: QUALITY INSPECTORS – $20–$21/HR
Streetsboro, OH
Champion Personnel is hiring 6 Quality Inspectors to join the team! This is a great opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in building a career with a growing manufacturing company.
OPEN POSITIONS:
☀️ 1st Shift – 3 Openings• Monday–Friday• 6:00 AM–2:30 PM• $20.00/hour
2nd Shift – 3 Openings• Monday–Thursday• 2:00 PM–12:30 AM• $21.00/hour• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
What You'll Do:
As a Quality Inspector, you'll help ensure products and components meet quality standards before moving through the production process.
• Inspect manufactured parts, assemblies, and finished products• Check products for defects, damage, or workmanship issues• Verify parts meet specifications and quality requirements• Use basic measuring and inspection tools as needed• Document inspection results and report quality concerns• Work closely with production employees and supervisors to resolve issues• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area• Follow all company quality and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong attention to detail✔ Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies✔ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment✔ Ability to read and follow work instructions✔ Basic math and measurement skills✔ Reliable attendance and transportation✔ Previous manufacturing, inspection, assembly, or quality experience is a plus
