Quality InspectorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Inspector workers for a precision machining and manufacturing company in Elk River, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure high-quality parts for aerospace, defense, medical, and technology customers. If you enjoy detailed inspection work and want steady weekend or swing shifts with weekly pay, this could be a great match.Inspect incoming parts and materials to verify purchase order requirementsPerform first article inspections to validate manufacturing processesConduct in-process and final inspections on machined partsUse measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, CMMs, and optical devicesMaintain and calibrate inspection equipmentRecord inspection results in the internal MES systemInterpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specificationsFollow OSHA, ISO 9001, and AS9100 quality and safety standardsSupport Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and show initiativeBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability when available.
