Quality Inspector – AerospaceLocation: Tulsa, OK | Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20.00–$30.00/hrWe are seeking a Quality Inspector to join the manufacturing team of a local client. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, work-in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and company quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in a precision manufacturing environment and is committed to delivering high-quality products through accurate inspection and documentation.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured components and assembliesVerify products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirementsUtilize precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, dial indicators, and other inspection toolsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructionsDocument inspection results and maintain accurate quality recordsIdentify, document, and report nonconforming materials or productsWork closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality concernsSupport first article inspections, process audits, and final acceptance inspections as requiredAssist with root cause investigations and corrective action activitiesVerify calibration status of inspection equipment prior to useMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of two years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentationExperience using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)Preferred QualificationsExperience in precision manufacturing, metal fabrication, machining, industrial equipment, or highly regulated manufacturing environmentsWorking knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality management systemsExperience performing first article, in-process, and final inspectionsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
