Quality InspectorAnaheim, CA 92807OverviewSalary Range $27.00 - $30.00 Hourly Job Shift 1st ShiftDescriptionQuality Inspector performs visual and mechanical inspection on product in accordance with established procedures to ensure compliance to specified requirementsQualificationsHigh School or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to accurately perform visual and mechanical inspection (receiving/ in-process and final) on externally threaded product in accordance with procedures to ensure compliance to product requirements.Proficient in proper use of micrometers, comparators, tri-rolls, ring gages, penetration gages etc.Experience completing AS9102 First Article reports a plus.Ability to analyze & accurately interpret customer drawings and specifications, and quality system practices.Basic math skills such as add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals, fractions & percentages to meet job requirements.Ability to accurately record measurements and results on corresponding documentation.Must be results oriented and motivated self-starter with a strong history of delivering results which meet or exceed standards.Excellent attention to detail with ability to think and act analyticallyStrong interpersonal skills including listening, speaking and writing.Effective team member with sense of urgency and ability to meet schedule requirements.Excellent attendance record required.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.Ability to sit 90% of shiftAbility to work overtime as required, including weekends when needed.
