Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Conduct testing and inspection of materials and products.
Record technical information, including dimensional, mechanical, and performance testing results.
Provide technical support to internal teams, including drawing and specification review.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including customer sample submissions (PPAP, FAI, ISIR).
Maintain and calibrate inspection and testing equipment.
Qualifications:
Two-year degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years in a related field.
Knowledge of PPAP and SPC charts.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T and dimensional layouts.
Proficient with metrology methods and inspection equipment.
Knowledge of gage calibration and ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 standards.
Strong computer skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
