Marine Quality Technician – Quality InspectorLocation: Bentleyville, PA Pay: $40-$45/hour Job Type: Temp-to-PermExpress Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Marine Quality Technician/Quality Inspector for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a leading manufacturing company in Bentleyville, PA. This position is ideal for a quality professional with experience in manufacturing inspection, quality assurance, dimensional inspection, and quality control who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and ensuring products meet strict customer, industry, and regulatory standards.The Marine Quality Technician will support quality control and inspection activities throughout the manufacturing process, working closely with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to identify issues, document nonconformances, and help ensure marine and defense-related products meet required specifications.Marine Quality Technician ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming quality inspections of raw materials, components, parts, and assemblies.Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measurement and inspection equipment.Review supplier certifications, inspection reports, material certifications, and other quality documentation.Interpret engineering drawings, technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, tolerances, and inspection requirements.Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming materials and products.Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.Utilize SAP, ERP, QMS, or other quality management systems to document inspection results and track quality issues.Support manufacturing and production teams with quality-related questions and inspection requirements.Assist with calibration of inspection and measurement equipment.Participate in quality assurance, quality control, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.Follow established ISO 9001, Quality Management System (QMS), safety, and manufacturing procedures.Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain departments to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing processes.Marine Quality Technician Qualifications2+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, quality inspection, quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.Experience performing manufacturing inspections and dimensional measurements.Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS).Strong understanding of inspection tools, precision measurement equipment, and quality control procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and tolerances.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues and nonconformances.Excellent documentation, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.High School Diploma or GED required; technical training, manufacturing education, or quality certifications preferred.Preferred Marine Manufacturing & Quality ExperienceCandidates with any of the following experience are highly encouraged to apply:Marine manufacturing or shipbuildingNaval or defense manufacturingHeavy industrial manufacturingQuality inspection or quality assuranceFARO, Romer, Keyence, or other dimensional inspection systemsNDE/NDT (Non-Destructive Examination/Non-Destructive Testing) methods, including:Visual Testing (VT)Penetrant Testing (PT)Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)Ultrasonic Testing (UT)Radiographic Testing (RT/X-Ray)SAP, ERP, QMS, or manufacturing softwareOverhead crane operation and riggingSupplier quality or incoming quality inspectionCalibration and measurement systemsCorrective action and continuous improvementWhy Apply for This Marine Quality Technician Job?$40-$45/hourTemp-to-perm opportunityWork in Bentleyville, PAOpportunity to work on advanced marine, naval, defense, and industrial manufacturing productsHands-on role supporting mission-critical manufacturing operationsWork alongside Quality, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain professionalsOpportunity to use advanced quality inspection and measurement equipmentJoin a manufacturing team committed to quality, safety, precision, and continuous improvementApply TodayIf you have experience as a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, Manufacturing Quality Technician, Quality Assurance Technician, Quality Control Inspector, or Marine Quality Technician, Express Employment Professionals wants to hear from you.Call or text: Email: #3490ST
