Job description
Quality InspectorOur client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing operations, supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Inspect and evaluate components, subassemblies, and finished products, including electro-mechanical assemblies, welding, powder coating, and final assembly operations.Identify, document, and communicate nonconforming parts and quality concerns to production and quality teams.Guide production personnel on proper disposition of materials, including approved use, rework, repair, or scrap decisions.Verify production processes meet established quality standards and specifications.Support daily production by investigating quality issues and assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions.High school diploma or GEDSpot or Mig WeldingVisual InspectionMeasuring tools- height gauges, feeler gauges, calipersAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.Collaborate with a diverse and dedicated team.Gain valuable experience in quality inspection and manufacturing operations.Be part of a company committed to safety, quality, and professional growth.Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
