Enjoy opportunities for growth, stability, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Quality Inspector Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 15.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify specifications.Document inspection results and report quality concerns to supervisors.Follow established quality standards, safety procedures, and work instructions.Support production teams by helping maintain consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.Quality Inspector Qualifications:No prior quality inspection experience required; training may be provided for qualified candidates.Ability to pay close attention to detail and identify defects or inconsistencies.Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Basic math, measurement, and documentation skills preferred.Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug screening, if applicable.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
