Quality Inspector OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer in New York Mills, MN. We are seeking candidates for Quality Inspector roles. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $19.00-$21.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!What you will do as a Quality Inspector:Perform routine and department-specific Quality Inspection, auditing, compliance, and Critical Process inspections throughout the plant in a standardized, efficient, and repeatable mannerProvide training to others on critical-to-quality product and process criteriaMove boats to various locations (repaint, outside, warehouse, etc.) manually or by pallet jack and assist in heat-shrinking boats as requiredWork on special projects geared towards product or process improvementServe as a gatekeeper for customer satisfaction and a quality leader within the facilityWhat you need to be a Quality Inspector:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to read drawings and specificationsSolid mechanical skills, utilize basic math and reading skills, ability to utilize hand and power toolsMust have computer, math, and reading proficiency and ability to use databasesAbility to receive and follow instructionStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentAbility to perform independently as well as in a team role, possess good organizational skills and ability to follow instructionsWillingness to work overtime as requiredWhat are you waiting for?
