Quality InspectorStep into a Quality Inspector role in Eden Prairie where precision matters and pride runs deep. This opportunity lets you inspect products, verify quality standards, and help ensure every finished product meets customer expectations before it leaves the facility.Job DutiesOperate and program CMM equipmentPerform manual inspectionsInterpret engineering and document findingsEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience RequirementsExperience inspecting manufactured products using established quality standards and specifications. Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, or inspection documents. Knowledge of precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring devices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and document inspection results accurately. Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Preferred QualificationsPrevious quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred. Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial. Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial. Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Inspector. Experience with Calypso software. Ability to create or modify programs using SolidWorks models. SAP experience.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift. Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
