Quality InspectorLocation: Elk Grove Village, IL 60007Pay Rate: $21.00/hrShift: 1st ShiftWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will ensure products meet quality standards before shipment by performing inspections, verifying measurements, reviewing blueprints, and supporting quality documentation processes.Responsibilities:Inspect and measure materials/productsMonitor production processes and recommend adjustments when neededAccept/reject finished goods and quarantine non-conforming materialsComplete and maintain quality documentationCommunicate inspection findings with Production and Quality teamsSupport calibration activities and maintain inspection recordsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent1-2 years of Quality Inspector experience preferredManufacturing experience required/preferredAbility to read tape measures and convert fractions to decimalsExperience using measuring tools and reading blueprintsProficient with MS Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of ISO standards is a plusBilingual English/Spanish preferredMust wear steel-toed shoes and safety glassesAssociate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by calling the Department’s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at or emailing at
