Quality InspectorNow hiring for a Quality Inspector Location: Houston, TX $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Attention to Detail? Check. Great Career Opportunity? Double Check. Join a growing manufacturing team as a Quality Inspector! This role is ideal for candidates with at least 3 years of quality inspection experience who are passionate about maintaining product quality, ensuring compliance with production standards, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. If you have experience reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and working in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience Requirements:Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experienceExperience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsExperience using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gaugesPackaging or manufacturing quality control experience is a plusJob Duties:Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standardsRead blueprints and specifications to verify production requirements are metPerform product testing and quality checks throughout the manufacturing processUse precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerancesDocument inspection findings and report quality concerns promptlyCollaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve non-conformitiesAccept or reject products based on established quality standardsRecommend process improvements that support product quality and efficiencyConduct random audits and inspections to maintain consistent quality performancePhysical Capabilities:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.Manual dexterity to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.Benefits:Competitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Quality-Focused Work Environment committed to safety, precision, and continuous improvement.“It was another avenue of getting a job, and Staffmark provided that for me.
