Quality Inspector IFueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we're developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.Your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness.We are searching for the best talent for Quality Inspector I.Purpose: The Quality Inspector I will perform basic inspections and sorting of incoming materials, parts/components. Provide support as needed to the Operations group.You will be responsible for:Perform inspections of purchased parts according to well-defined criteria using standard visual, physical, mechanical, and/or electrical measurementsAbility to perform visual inspection on large lots size under a microscope.Accurately document the results of inspections and testingMaintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate mannerPerform data entry into associated data systems.Qualifications / Requirements:High School graduate or equivalent required.1 year or less in a manufacturing environment - Medical device experience a plus.Ability to use inspection gages and microscopesAttention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs and inspection proceduresBasic knowledge in mathVerbal and written communication skillsContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to execute tasks in a timely manner under general supervisionComputer literacy required. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period 10 days Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year For additional general information on Company benefits, please go to: -
